Electricity
Electrical power is provided to the park from a 60 MVA’s dual feed substation, 13,200 volt lines are available to each facility. Emergency backup is automatic.

Water
Trento Industrial Parks of Sonora is serviced by the same water main that supplies the city. The area enjoys one of the most abundant water supply conditions in all of Mexico. Water treatment plants can provide 27.4 million gallons of water per day to Trento’s tenants

Daycare centers
Supported by the Mexican Social Security System, the daycare centers provide working mothers the assurance that their children are being cared for in a secure and healthy environment.

Sports facilities
Sports and recreation areas exist throughout Ciudad Obregon. Baseball is an important part of daily life here. Some of Trento's tenants have opted to have soccer and baseball fields laid out on their leased property.

Education
Ciudad Obregon's youth have traditionally placed a high priority on education. Most finish Junior High school and a percentage much higher than the national average continue on for technical training or seek bachelor degrees in one of many fields offered in Ciudad Obregon's schools of higher learning. The level of academic achievement of the labor force is at least double than of the national average.
